Do you accept private health insurance for your services?
Yes, we accept private health insurance for our therapy services. Depending on your level of cover, you may be eligible for rebates on speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychology, physiotherapy, and chiropractic care.
Can I claim a rebate from Medicare for your services?
Yes! Many of our therapy services are eligible for Medicare rebates under the Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan, previously known as the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plan.
Are EPC referrals valid for the entire calendar year?
Yes, EPC referrals are valid for the calendar year; however, there is a limit on the number of sessions available. We recommend checking with your GP to confirm your eligibility and the number of remaining sessions.
How can I access an EPC (Enhanced Primary Care) plan?
To access an EPC referral, speak with your GP, who will assess your eligibility and provide a Medicare referral for therapy services.
Can I request a progress report after a few sessions?
Yes, we provide detailed progress reports upon request. These reports can be used for:
